Do you have a brochure?
Yes. We have a brochure available to download here or please email or phone us with your address and we will post one out to you.
Where can I buy George Quinn products?
Please contact us and we can give you details of your local stockists.
How do I place an order with George Quinn?
You can place your order by phone, fax or email. Please click on ‘Contact us’ tab for our contact details.
Do you fit stairs?
No. We do not fit stairs; you will need a carpenter to advise you on what components you will need.
Can you deliver?
Yes. We use reliable courier services to deliver throughout Ireland. We can give you a price for delivery at time of quotation.
Can I collect?
Yes. You can collect your order from 8.10am to 1.00pm Monday to Friday. For collections we must have your order in at least one day in advance.
How long does it take to get my order?
Stock items will be dispatched on same day of receipt of cleared payment. For special order items, it may take up to 3 working days for dispatch.
How do I pay?
You can pay by cash, cheque, draft or postal order. We also take Laser or Credit card payments over the phone.
Please note: We will wait for cheques to clear, which can take up to 5 working days. There is a fee of 0.25c for laser transactions, and a 2% charge on credit card transactions.
Can you create custom designs not on your website?
Yes. George Quinn has both the equipment and expertise to help you create the design you want.
Can you make posts to suit our measurements?
Yes. We can off standard posts to suit your stairs. We just need a drawing detailing the exact measurements you need.
What are your opening hours?
We are open Monday to Thursday – 8.10am – 4.55pm. On Fridays we are open from 8.10am – 3.55pm. We are closed for lunch from 1.15pm to 2.00pm daily. We do not open at the weekend.
